About

For over 20 years I have been speaking publicly and presenting in various settings, continually learning everything I can about the art of creativity and communication. Whether entertaining via a live stream on twitch.tv; speaking publicly to crowds of hundreds of people in varying ages; making the most of small group and 1 to 1 communication; to speaking on stages or speaking in front of a camera, or curating media pieces in short or long form; I love how excellent communication can have huge impacts on all areas of life.

The Early Years

For as long as I can remember, I loved communication. I didn’t realise it at the time, but whether it was recording my own voice pretending I was a football commentator; or revelling in the adrenaline that came through giving short readings and presentations at school or church; or a fascination of the ‘talking-bits’ on radio; performing in dramas and productions as a teenager and young adult – I loved communication.

However, I was very timid growing up. It wasn’t until my early teens that I found myself with opportunities to be on stages, whether acting, reading, performing or speaking. Over the years of repeated actions, regular feedback, and study – my confidence developed and I realised that my love for communication was also developing into a talent. And this has blended with a great enjoyment of all things creative. There is not much more fulfilling activities than creating. I’d create music, sing in bands, perform in productions, film and edit videos – if it could be created, I’d give it a go.

Recent Times

In recent years I discovered that merging my creativity and communication is what I’m actually ‘about’. Through my career of over 13 years at a church preaching and public speaking at public meetings each week, leading on communications and creative teams, training others in developing as public speakers, hobbies of broadcast, live streaming and presenting for over 7 years, I have learned (and continue to learn) the importance, and art of excellent communication, in all it’s forms and methods.

And now I can’t wait to share it with you. I want to do all I can help others learn what I am learning, and help others to grow in confidence and courage to communicate excellently too. I have a passion to see creativity in all areas of society, as individuals and groups learn the art of creative ideation, and attach those ideas to effective communication.

The better we communicate, the more reach our creations can have.
