The celebrities must live in jungle conditions and complete gruelling and often gruesome trials in a bid to win meals for their campmates. As the series progresses, the famous faces win votes from the viewers to be crowned king or queen of the jungle at the end of the series.
In 2023 Sam Thompson was crowned King of the Jungle.
This year will star Wagatha Christie sleuth Coleen Rooney alongside dancer Oti Mabuse and N-Dubz singer Tulisa Contostavlos.
They will be joined by former Irish boxing champion Barry McGuigan, McFly’s Danny Jones and Coronation Street actor Alan Halsall.
Also appearing in the show are BBC Radio 1 DJs Dean McCullough and Melvin Odoom and Loose Women panellists Jane Moore and GK Barry.
